HeyLuna may update these terms and conditions from time to time.


Orders

  • All our items in store are based on ready stock, unless stated*
  • Please make your payment within 72hours after we confirm your order
  • Orders will be cancelled automatically should we not receive the payment within 72hours
  • Once payment is confirmed, your goods will have an estimated time of 1-3 working days to send out.
  • *Do bare in mind that this is an ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, under rarely seen circumstances that the goods that you order will take a longer time to arrive.*
  • The photos are for illustration purpose only. Goods received may be vary from the photo taken.


Pricing and Payments

  • HeyLuna displays prices in, and accepts payments in single way. We securely accept any payment that are stated on the payment page.


Shipping

  • HeyLuna offers free shipping on orders above RM120. This threshold depends on the nett price on items after discount. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout. HeyLuna reserve the right to amend the free shipping minimum requirement at anytime.
  • Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of HeyLuna.
  • Current estimated delivery times:
    1-3 business days (ReadyStock Order) for the Northern region, Central & Southern region: Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak, Selangor, the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor. 
    2-10 business days East and West Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak. 
  • Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.


Packaging

  • There is an additional RM5 charge for separate packaging when ordering multiple items in a single order.


Returns

  • Customers may return eligible products within 3 days of receiving an order upon agreement, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging. Personalized products and products marked “Final sale” on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by HeyLuna or its’ partner warehouses.
